Our Board's composition is a strong, balanced blend
of skills and experience, allowing it to offer guidance in core areas
important to the
Diving Rebels Scuba Club.
Ellen was introduced to scuba diving
while on vacation in the Bahamas in 1997. She quickly became OW
and AOW certified in 1997 and obtained Divemaster certification in
1998. Ellen and her husband (now a PADI dive instructor) joined the
Diving Rebels in 1997 to continue development of their diving skills
and find friends who shared this new hobby. Ellen served as
Newsletter Editor for several years and received the Diving Rebels
Service Award in 2000. She is pleased to be serving as a Board
member in 2008 and hopes she can contribute as much to the club as
past Board members
